Registrations for the LEF will open on sunday 23rd of February at 7pm CET.
They will stop when the maximum number of participants (200) is reached, and no later than July 1st.

- Quadruple bedroom : 650 euros
- Double bedroom : 895 euros
- Single bedroom : 1385 euros

In the days following your registration, you will receive an email informing you of the payment terms and the IBAN to use.

The payment needs to be made free of charge or any other additional fees for the Leo Europa Forum 2025 association.

In case the payment is not received within 14 days after the email, your participation spot for the Leo Europa Pre-Forum 2025 will be given to someone on the waiting list.

After your payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment can be made in two installments for forum registration. More information will be communicated later.

Of course!

Approximatively one month before the event, you will receive an email with a form to complete. In this form you will be able to chose your rommate(s) and your options for the official program.

It will be 200.

But the main information is that YES, we will offer transportation from / to Lille Airport / Lille railway stations / Lille bus station.

But the main information is that YES, the hotel has a big and free parking!

Everything is included except non water drinks.

This means that unless you want to do extras and/or drink something other than water, you may not have to spend anything for the duration of the event.

A few weeks before the event you will receive a RoadBook with all the informations you need and a complete list of everything you have to bring with you!

We will stay at "Mercure Hotel Lille Aéroport", just a few minutes away from Lille city center. Check out our program page for more informations!

Restaurant
When eating at the hotel / restaurant, you will pay directly to the hotel / restaurant.

Parties
A token system will be put in place. You can buy your tokens at the LEO Information Desk (cash or card) at the hotel then pay for your drinks directly with the tokens in the party room. More details will be provided in the information sent to participants ahead of the event.

Delegation leaders
Each delegation has a delgation leader. The delegation leaders will have all the informations during the delegation leaders meeting.

RoadBook
A RoadBook will be sent / give to all the participants ahead of the event. All the important informations will be written on it. Don't forget to check it before packing your suitcase, to know what to brig and what to expect.

WhatsApp
A WhatsApp group will be created and all the important informations, including last minute informations, will be sent on this group. Do not mute this group!
